Morning mist. Although, to be fair, the fog hung around for the whole day. The only way to escape it was to go up on the mountains (always a good idea anyway) #project52 📷
because I really wasn’t happy with my week 03 pic after a while, I allow myself to change it, this once. New one: Arc de Triomphe. #project52 📷
For ages, I’ve used
$ jhead -ft *.jpg to make my photos better organizable (set file modification timestamp to exif timestamp). Only now found out that the same can be achieved for RAW and jpegs by doing
$ exiv2 -T rename <files> (doesn’t actually rename anything)
The upside of being sick is you get to stay at home in bed. The downside is, you get to do it at a time when you can’t enjoy it, particularly with a stomach-bug *yurk*
oooh! new album by Rage Of Light on bandcamp! http://rageoflight.bandcamp.com/album/imploder I’ll have to check that out as soon as I’m near headphones or decent loudspeakers. 🎵
right now I’m wondering: what rules do I set for myself for #project52? The reason being that on second thought, I’m not that happy with 03/2019 and now prefer other pics I took in the same week. Do I allow myself to change it after the fact? Not sure yet…
a technical note re radio: it’s kinda weird that in Austria, there is no digital broadcast radio, only TV, radio is still purely analog. But Austrian radio stations are being broadcast via DAB in Italy/South Tyrol.
mental note to self: when carrying a water-bottle on the outside of a backpack while skiing, the water does get cold…
so it turns out that once you use pass https://www.passwordstore.org/, you can also use the Firefox-Extension passff https://github.com/passff/passff and it makes the experience even more awesome!
