/me looks over to phone, startles badly due to how BIG everything is on the screen as well as the chromatic aberrations when not looking in the center of these glasses

realization of the day: now that I’m wearing reading glasses when using my phone, I can make the font and everything else a lot smaller again and now so much more stuff fits on the screen!

After being sad that it had apparently disappeared quite some time ago (as in it 404’d and no other mirrors were available) I’m really happy to report that Radio digitalgunfire (which is not the same as Radio Digital Gunfire - the first is a station from the US which I remember from the early 00s whereas the one with the blank in the name is a German station not connected to any memories for me) is online and streaming again at http://dg.keff.org:8000/stream.

just found out that there is a new track out by Angus McSix called “The Fire of Yore”. Sounds sufficiently Angus McSix-ish, so if you’re into that kind of thing (power/fantasy-metal with high-pitched male lead voice) then you’ll probably like this one as well. #metal #music edit: yikes. Just found a number of references to why the original singer isn’t the cool guy I thought he was. Feel very out of the loop. And annoyed.
